I am a self taught wood turner, having taken up the craft a few years ago.

Using a large selection of electric and manual tools from working with a traditionally foot driven pole lathe to now working on a classic electric lathe.

Making all types of wooden items from children’s toys to the more traditional bowls and pots.

The workshop I use is set in the delightful grounds of an old house in Dorset. I have now been turning and creating wooden items for about five years and during this time have learnt many new skills.

Through my creative journey, I have always been drawn to how something I can create will bring joy to the recipient.
